Consider this situation: a user wants to "escape" the map by reaching a point where they can leave the map, but while avoiding threats. For example, an AI opponent wants to reach a stairwell while avoiding the player.
FleeMaps don't support this case because they prefer being far way on the existing map and have no concept that "escaping" is better.
We should provide an enhancement to FleeMap to support this, or some other established method to do this more easily.
