Cant make a character, when i try i Get "Illegal Access"

Anyone have a fix for it? I've checked Data and im missing Nut.char. I've only picked up Nutscript about a week or so ago, so im pretty new, no videos or anything are out there.
No errors regarding Character pop up in the console, so i dont know if thats it.
