Overview

This issue tracks the design and implementation of a decentralized payment protocol for the Checker Network system. The protocol will enable payments between Checker Clients (who fund checks), Checkers (who perform verification), and the Checker Network (which coordinates and validates results).

Background

The Checker Network is a decentralized system designed to perform metric verification through a collaborative network of participants. For the network to function properly, we need an economic incentive system that rewards honest participation. The payment protocol is a critical component of this system.
