[BUG/2 Issues] Belt bag issue, lever animation issue

## The client cannot grab tools after they are taken out from the belt bag
To reproduce:
1. 1 host 1 client;
2. the client store the tools using belt bag;
3. now enter the dungeon, take some tools out;
4. then try grab those tools again

## (Might have effect?) Lever animation malfunction when the second time pull the lever to land the ship
To reproduce, u just need to pull the lever twice
