Feature: docker stack #10
Description
To make deploying an ella instance easier, it would be nice to provide a docker image for running a standalone server instance (depends on #9).
It would also be nice to provide an example docker-compose file for running a properly configured ella instance along with tracing and metrics tools. Parts of this already exist in the tracing directory.
