[feature request] Enable the play button on unsupported operating systems?

Currently, trying to play lol on a Windows Server PC (in my case, server 2022) disables the play button because of the operating system edition, despite the entire install going through just fine with no issues.
I can play anyway because the home page shows some sections which allow to create a lobby, and there you can jump between modes just fine :P
Would it be possible to remove that superficial limitation? I can test and provide logs if you're interested.

can you send me a picture of what the registry looks like in path Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion ? This is a known issue because the LCU checks the registry to see windows version, I dont have windows server so I just need pic so I can see what key and compare it to my regular edition, then ill push update to auto patch the registry to fix this error

ok so the LCU actually uses Windows api to get version major so registry spoofing I tried and it wont work, instead can you try placing this file right next to LeagueClient.exe in the game directory, this manifest file windows will check it when you run the client and report back the real kernel version:

Copy this code into notepad, then save it as LeagueClient.exe.manifest and place it in the same directory as the LCU:
