Color Swap Not Loading Correct Color Count For Last Set Used On Tool Open

Describe the bug

When opening up the tool the last open color set's number of swaps is not being loaded in. It does load them once you reselect from the list but not so much when it first loads up.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open Color Swap
2. Change number of inputs or outputs
3. Without saving close the tool
4. Re-open Color Swap
5. Notice that the number is not what the color set had saved but is instead the last used number

Expected behavior

When opening the tool the number of color inputs and outputs should be loaded that he last color set that was being used had.

• Tool + Tool Version: Color Swap v1.0.0 + v1.1.0
• Size of Canvas (Width x Height): 128x128

Additional context

Seems this bug had been in since 1.0 and slipped though the cracks this was found while working on #36

After a bit of tinkering with this it seems I may need to do a little more reworking, going to push this one to the next update once I can get it figured out. This has to do with the refresh system it seems.

The work around for this one temporarily is to reselect the currently loaded color set when opening the tool as so:
