Improvement to palette popout

Describe the new feature you would like to see and how it might function

1. I'd like to see a selection rect around the currently selected color, like the regular palette has.

2. I found that even when the palette is unlocked, selecting a color and then modifying it from the popout palette does not actually modify the color from the palette itself.

3. "Add to palette" button when selecting a new color not already there (like the original palette)

4. Option to set the width of the swatches manually (their width gets too small)

Also but this might be more invovled, it would be nice to be able to re-order the colors in arbitrary positions that does not change the original palette. -> would be useful to re-order the colors in a index-based image without messing up the colors.

Thank you for putting this together @daimahou , I will look in to these features and see what I can do! I originally planed to have custom ui using the canvas api which would make a lot of this possible but it was much more involved then I had planned when I created this tool.

With the custom canvas api they added in version 1.3 of Aseprite I could def see (1) and (4) being a possibility, with of course quite a bit of work to make the ui myself. The other features could also be doable as well even with out the custom canvases. So all in all I could def see these being available in a future update of this tool!

I will add these to my list of todos and report back any progress :)
