Mod Manager not starting after updating

Yeah, it's annoying, update it and then opening it doesnt do anything, even if you wait for a while.

With the latest commit, I've implemented a CRASH Dialog that will allow you to see what's happening instead of just a notification-less close, and optionally open the crash dialog.

However, while this will address future issues more easily, I don't believe this will solve this issue. I believe the issue relies in the fact that the installer (weather it be the one you download or the one updater provides) does not remove the old files from the previous install, causing conflicts with the application's own dll files. I'm searching for a solution to this issue as we speak. In the meantime, I have a couple of workarounds for this problem:

• A. Use the Install-Free Portable ZIP Version attached to the Latest Release
• B. Follow The Following Instructions:
  • 1. Navigate to where your Mod Manager is Installed
    (This is usual located by default at C:\Program Files (x86)\Sonic 3 A.I.R. Mod Manager or C:\Program Files\Sonic 3 A.I.R. Mod Manager)
  • 2. Completely Remove anything within this directory
    (This will not remove any save data or mods you may have installed)
  • 3. Preform a reinstall with the latest installer from the releases page

Note that if ModManager crashes and you don't click "OK", it terminates and stays running but invisible in the task list. There's a 20K process block in Windows process table, so when ModManager runs again it decides it's still running and exits.

This prevents the installer from overwriting several files.
