How to get the configuration from sensor #3

I try to use this lib to read the force/torque value and it have the original values.
But it is not the real physical quantities and should be convert based on the configuration such as count per force and count per torque.
This library have not give us the way to read these config from the sensor. How should we obtain real physical forces?
