Multiple muted AI personas (CodeReview AI, Teacher AI, Local Assistant, Helper AI) are bypassing mute controls and flooding chat with "@" symbols, causing system chaos. Previous attempts to create this issue failed due to title truncation. Root cause: Broken mute enforcement. Immediate action: Disable affected personas.
