Can't connect to Scilab 5.5.2 in Windows 10

Version 5.5.2 of Scilab, in Windows 10, don't have any `*-cli.exe` file to set SCILAB_EXECUTABLE to. The only executable files are `Scilex.exe` and `WScilex.exe`, but none of them can be used to connect the Jupyter kernel to.
