No loginform on fresh installation

I installed the 0.1.1 relase, after appling the patch from #20 the installation worked without further problems. But whenn i browse the url i simply have no login form. There is the toolbar on top, but the form is missing.

Wehen browsing to /api/1/bookmark I get the sample bookmark as json response.

My problem is, that i dont get any error message. Neither php nor js. I want to debug this, but i dont know where to start.

I have the exact same problem with PHP 5.5.9 on Ubuntu 14. Very frustrating without any errors; I'm just happy to find I'm not the only one.
