Need to update pictures of officers on front page

I need all the club's officers to send me their pictures (including Jack Bogart as the new Website Maintainer!).

From a design point of view, it would look a lot better if all pictures were the same aspect ratio. I'd suggest 1:1 (like Shaffan's). Luckily this isn't really a code issue, you just need to crop some pictures and maybe replace some (like Jack's placeholder).
