Spectre attack failed

I am interest in your work, and I run the synthetic benchmark by run_synthetic_bench.pl as the README said.

Unfortunately, the log file show that the Spectre attack without any mitigation (binary: spectre_attack) is failed. The secret data is '123', but the index 4 of array2 is hit and index 123 of array2 is miss

Does the Spectre C code in synthetic_benchmark folder need any modify?
