Add search term endpoint for bigpicture beacon #199

Proposed solution
Bp beacon has multiple search terms and these can be queried from /getSearchTerms. Beacon network should have a similar feature which queries these endpoints.
DoD (Definition of Done)
Beacon network has an endpoint which return bp search terms.
