Wrong expiring time #8
Description
info reports expiring based on current ttl setting, not on tile expiring time.
Case: start server with default ttl (10 days). A tile is cached. Stop server, change ttl to 10 minutes, check info for that tile. It will report expiring in < 10 minutes. Happened past the time, tile reported expiring N minutes ago... :/
