Quick Tools menu doesn't work in Sculpt Mode

Due to a change in the API, Quick Tools no longer works in Sculpt Mode.  When the hot-key is pressed, an empty menu appears.

I've already coded a fix if you're interested.  The fix isn't perfect (it doesn't disable when dynamic topology is disabled), but at least it works.  https://www.mediafire.com/?y6k17pdq9rzmt7u
