I find the approach of using a Large Vision-Language Model (LVLM) like AnomalyGPT for industrial anomaly detection quite innovative. The ability to detect and localize anomalies in images without manually setting thresholds is a significant advancement over traditional methods. The integration of pre-trained models like ImageBind and Vicuna, along with the few-shot learning capability for previously unseen anomalies, shows great potential for practical applications. The documentation is clear, and the setup instructions are straightforward, making it easier to deploy the model for experimentation.
I look forward to exploring this approach further and seeing how it performs on other industrial datasets.
