Support PennTreebank constituency annotation, please

Palmyra supports import customized config. So can it easily support constituency annotation scheme such as PennTreebank or Chinese Treebank?

Palmyra is a tool for the annotation of dependency trees and not constituency trees. If you have any other questions do let me know.
