User's may have their own interest in terms of workflows, issue templates, pr templates, let's give them a central location to store them, or register them, for easier access to them

📌 Overview

Allow users to:

• Fetch templates from any GitHub repository
• Cache them locally (metadata + optional full content)
• Create, manage, and reuse template groups (collections)
• Apply groups during project initialization

This turns gh-templates into a template management system, not just a generator.

✨ Key Features

1. Fetch Templates from GitHub Repos

gh-templates source get owner/repo [.github/path] [--as name] [--save] [--type issue|pr|license|gitignore|workflow|all]

• Downloads and caches template structure from public repos (private to be supportted later)
• --save: stores full file content (default: metadata only)
• --as: nickname for easy reference

2. List & Use Templates from Sources

gh-templates source list
gh-templates issue list --from react-templates
gh-templates pr add default --from vercel-nextjs

• Supports scoped syntax: gh-templates issue add react-templates/bug

3. Create & Manage Template Groups

gh-templates group create my-team-templates
gh-templates group add my-team-templates react-templates/bug default-pr mit-license Node-gitignore
gh-templates group list my-team-templates
gh-templates group apply my-team-templates
gh-templates group delete my-team-templates

• Groups are saved in ~/.gh-templates/groups/
• Enables reusable onboarding setups

4. Initialize Projects with Templates

gh-templates init --group my-team-templates

• Interactive fallback if no group specified

5. Save Custom Templates Locally

gh-templates template save custom-bug --from .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/bug.md --type issue

• Store personal templates for reuse

• Safe defaults (no overwrites without --force)
• Works with private repos (via --token ) (to be supported later)
