Display tpll makers when spying

Currently when spying on a player, you cannot see the tpll makers where players are supposed to tpll to.
This would be a useful feature when helping people.

This is a good first issue.

The marker is shown by having a timer which adds redstone dust particles to the world, only visible to the relevant clients.

Identify where the Marker is displayed to the player, and ensure that any Spys are also added here.

Make sure that when unspying, it also removes them from the marker.

And make sure that once the tutorial ends, it stops displaying the marker too.
