New Forms for Register

# Current Situation:

After you log in, you are taken to New form page, where you are given chance to create new form

# Possible Registration Solution:
Should point to an already existing form instead of a new form(XML). It should also hide others responses ideally.
Ideally, just the registration to event form must be given.
And if its just google form web link do we actually need a login, we can give a chance to directly fill the form.
Any reason why we ask users to Log in?
