Support the ability for a standard site to read a product image from a template catalog #1
Description
This requires the ability to walk up a site hierarchy to find the resource. This is similar functionality that was introduced for local filesystem in BroadleafCommerce/BroadleafCommerce#1268.
This should be added to the rackspace file service provider when it is implemented.
