Make Dolphin launcher ready #41
Description
Various things needed to be added to the UI-less version of Dolphin in order to meet the expectations of the launcher. Right now that includes:
- Setting the SD card folder
- Setting the SD card file
- Launching Brawl and setting it as the default ISO
- Checking the ISO and SD Card MD5 signatures
- Settings hooks
I will create new tickets for specific expectations as further requirements arise.
