Description
This controller associates EncoderSettings and ThirdPartyConfigurations.
The Active encoder controller will store
- EncoderID
- ThirdPartyID
These two data points act as primary keys and will be written to disk and consumed at a later time by the NGINX_ConfigurationManager class.
