Search Genre Include/Exclude

In the Search by Genre are two separate boxes for include an exclude, tags only have one with (include, exclude, nothing).

The idea is to change the Search by Genre and also use the three stage-Boxes
Search by Tag:

Mayby it would look nice if ticks and crosses are used
