Extend supported identity and SCM providers to include BitBucket.
Why is the feature useful?
BitBucket has a pretty wide following, especially among small/mid-size organizations. Additionally, Atlassian announced last year that they will be moving to a cloud-services-only model and deprecating local installations of their products. This gives CodeZero and opportunity.
