Jobs should be able to be filtered by any user (on any of the stats shown) with view permissions and deleted by authorized users.
Why is the feature useful?
- It allows authorized users to clean up unneeded jobs.
- It allows all users with view access to customize their view of the project's jobs to suit their needs
