full name + email required when Create Station

Currently there is no input field for the full name during the creation of the station. With regard to the privacy policy, there should be a legal entity behind the station, i.e. it should be required that a name is stored when the station is created.
Additionally, It should be required that an email is stored. Not only for reasons of privacy policy, but also so that invitations to any further workshops can be sent, and that there is a contact option in the event of security-related issues which requires action by the users.

• create required input form for full name
• create required input form for mail (Perhaps one day (or rather earlier than too late) even with a required confirmation mail and otherwise station is automatically deleted. Think about all the other providers who are acting like this.)
