Hello,
I'm receiving some errors when uploading the marker and data input files.
The first error I received was "'AMEL' from markers not found in input data". When viewing the raw text file, there's clearly data for AMEL markers in all input files. I am able to proceed when I remove AMEL from the marker file input.
The second error I receive is "Sample Data Format Error" which lists, from one specific example, about 40 lines from the raw text file. The donor and recipient allele matrices are generated. There are no specifics beyond this. I don't see any outstanding issues with these lines when viewing the text file. I've tried several different sample data input files that have the same issue.
I double checked that I am using the same format as in the downloadable examples that are provided.
Why is AMEL not being found? Is there a limit in the size (lines of text) of these input files? Does the assay kit/analysis have anything to do with this?
