Is there a way to convert Personalized items? #7

Hello!
I have S7 saves that I want to update to S9, but they have a few pieces of gear that are personalized by Anya.
Unfortunately simply dropping them would make the character unplayable (cuz they're the weapons) until they are replaced, and they were quite expensive / rare. I wouldn't personalize them otherwise, lol.
Is there any way to convert them properly? Even if we have to un-personalize them somehow?
