error setting up dataset and computing embedding: new error after updating package

Hi all,

I am getting this error on a dataset which was working with the same tracking file and command before I updated LISBET (previously using maDLC format). Any ideas on what I need to do to accommodate new changes in the lisbet package? I am using the same format as the model that I select in this command, and previously it was compatible and computed nice embeddings but it throws an error now that I updated the lisbet package.

well, backbone.layer_norm.weight doesn't seem to exist in the previous version weights file - so somehow the weights file probably needs to be updated.

Hello, the version of weights on HF should match the latest release of LISBET.
I will have a look into that by this weekend.

I think this issue also shows that model/software versioning should be handled in a more careful way to avoid any potential mismatch.
We should implement the corresponding safety checks in the next release.

I downloaded and used the newest model that is in the tutorial documentation. I found a similar error. Previously I had no problem specifying the header of the DLC csv like below with m1 and m2 and body points labeled "["Nose","Right ear","Left ear","Left hip","Right hip","Neck","body", "Tail"]"
