"Device Not Supported" using Stream Deck Virtual Device

Virtual Device is a new feature of the Stream Deck software. Your plugin recognizes this as a "not genuine Elgato hardare or software" device.

Elgato is working on updating the marketplace with an update that should resolve the issue. Users logged in to the marketplace should get an automatic update as soon as it is deployed. We will also update once we see that fix in place.

Thank you for this, I experienced the same issue and didn't know a fix was due. When I logged into my account via the StreamDeck software, it automatically updated the plugin and it started working again! So the issue can be closed as "fixed" now.
