Data restore on Android 14 impossible

The error message that is thrown is

Failed to find uid of package [package name]. Cannot restore data"

Apk and permissions restore work, but what we are all here for, the data restore, does not work.

Is there any chance that this will get fixed? Otherwise the developer may as well retire the app and clearly state that on the main page here and on the XDA thread. If restore is not possible and will not be possible an Androi >=14, it actually poses a risk for people who rely on this tool and only when trying to restore realize that it doesn't work anymore.

Neo Backup worked great for me

Newest version of Migrate does not yet support backup and restore of apps. Once the feature is implemented, I will look into this as well. Keeping the issue open.
