Out of Order Loads and Stores

1. At commit of store, i.e. when about to be removed from reorder buffer, check previous loads to see whether they have the same address and have already been to memory to collect their value.
2. If any do, you know they will have the wrong value. 
3. Therefore, re-execute from load and flush pipeline.
