Get BaM configuration files

In addition to be able to run BaM (for calibration and prediction), it could be nice to be able to download the configuration files needed by BaM. This would enable a user to run BaM locally and use the app only to create the configuraiton files.

Such a feature could be added to the "run calibration" and "prediction" components.

I'm marking this as a high priority enhancement - if we implement it, everything that can be done in BaM but is not yet implemented in BaMit becomes accessible.

Yes, you are right.

A simple approach to add this feature is to add a button next to "Run BaM: calibration" called "Download configuration files". When clicked, this buttons could do exactly the same thing as the "Run BaM: calibration" button with only two differences: (1) configuration files are created but BaM executable isn't launched, (2) configuration files are packed in a zip file and the download of this zip file is triggered.

The same thing can be applied for predictions.

With this approach, this feature could be implemented quite easily.
