Configure MCMC simulations

Currently, the default MCMC settings cannot be changed. It would be nice to be able to change these default settings (e.g. increase the number of iterations). Such a feature could be added in the "run calibration" component of the app.

Which are the settings that should be possible to set from BaMit?

Taking the arguments of the functions mcmcOptions() and mcmcCooking() of the RBaM package, here are all the settings (with their default values):

mcmcOptions:

• nAdapt = 100
• nCycles = 100
• minMoveRate = 0.1
• maxMoveRate = 0.5
• downMult = 0.9
• upMult = 1.1
• multFactor = 0.1

mcmcCooking:

• burn = 0.5
• nSlim = 10
