offline version of the docs bugs

Steps to reproduce:

1. python ./compile.py --local-assets
2. python ./start_offline_webserver.py
3. go to localhost:8000
4. click on any link to navigate to that page (for example the first one (glAccum - gl3))
5. while on that page, try to click any links on the left-hand side. None of them work.
6. Also, try to go to the search bar on the upper-right side, search for something, and try to select the resulting link. It doesn't work.

Additional notes:

1. when running the server locally, some of the logs I get are these:
   127.0.0.1 - - [31/Mar/2025 17:14:59] "GET /jquery-bonsai/jquery.bonsai.js HTTP/1.1" 404 -
127.0.0.1 - - [31/Mar/2025 17:05:06] "GET /jquery-bonsai/jquery.bonsai.css HTTP/1.1" 404 -

Hey everyone,

I'm a beginner and had the same problem with offline docs.gl (links not working + jquery-bonsai 404s). I made a small fix in my fork (just a few code changes) — here's the link in case it helps:
