Enable/disable camera provisioning in UI and K8s
This would be useful, so you can deploy/un-deploy a camera without having to DELETE/WRITE all the specs of that camera.
IT's like DELETE a camera's containers (frame splitter, etc.) in k8s but without deleting it's related metadata in control-plane app:
It would need:

Add a new column with Status

Add a new button to enable/disable a camera in the application.
