azure/arm-deploy@v2 github action is failing with previously worked arm templates and no showing the detailed error. The error in log shown as below :

Validating template...
Warning: ERROR: The content for this response was already consumed

Warning: Template validation failed.
Creating deployment...
Error: ERROR: The content for this response was already consumed

Error: Error: Deployment failed.

Please note nothing have been changed from the permission perspective.

The root cause is Azure/azure-cli#31581

This issue appears with azure-cli version 2.75.0 and is resolved with azure-cli: 2.76.0, on ubuntu-latest runner
