I am not receiving the injected headers

Hello,

After completing the installation of EasyAuth and fulfilling all the prerequisites, I am not receiving the 'x-injected-' headers on my backend/app as described on this page: https://github.com/Azure/EasyAuthForK8s/blob/master/docs/headers.md

Has anyone else experienced this issue ? Did I forget something in the configuration ?
