[BUG] Assigning 'Cognitive Services OpenAI Contributor' role to managed identity

I get "Assigning 'Cognitive Services OpenAI Contributor' role to managed identity" while running deploy.sh after applying the fix suggested in this thread : #230 @timothymeyers
