Usage of Pandas' .ix() indexer throughout the course

Starting in v0.20.0, the .ix indexer is deprecated, in favor of the more strict .iloc and .loc indexers.

The ix indexer was completely removed in v1.0.0.

@VuokkoH I've just noticed your last three comments. Please, never mind about the other three issues I've filed in the meantime. I'll go straight to 2019's course. BTW I'm new to GIS and this seems an excellent resource. I plan to go through the whole course. Thanks a lot making it available and keeping it up-to-date!
