Error message when invalid arguments are supplied is unclear

e.g.

You executed the function wikipedia with the arguments {"query": "capital of the United States"}: "Error: Invalid arguments. Details: question: field required"

Will not result in the planner properly recognizing the missing argument, it will just cause it to try a different query without a question.
