Deprecating set-output #18
Description
As per https://github.blog/changelog/2022-10-11-github-actions-deprecating-save-state-and-set-output-commands/, set-output and set-state are deprecated and will be obsolete from 1st June 2023.
The action needs updating to conform with the new way of handling outputs.
