Release AtlasPatch WSI Thumbnail Dataset on Hugging Face

I'm Niels and work as part of the open-source team at Hugging Face. I discovered your work on Arxiv and was wondering whether you would like to submit it to hf.co/papers to improve its discoverability. If you are one of the authors, you can submit it at https://huggingface.co/papers/submit.

The paper page lets people discuss about your paper and lets them find artifacts about it (your dataset for instance), you can also claim the paper as yours which will show up on your public profile at HF, add Github and project page URLs.

I saw that you are already hosting the AtlasPatch model weights on the Hub at https://huggingface.co/AtlasAnalyticsLab/AtlasPatch, which is great!

Would you also like to host the training dataset you've released (the ~30,000 semi-manually annotated WSI thumbnails) on https://huggingface.co/datasets?
Hosting on Hugging Face will give you more visibility/enable better discoverability, and will also allow people to do:

Besides that, there's the dataset viewer which allows people to quickly explore the images and masks in the browser.

After uploaded, we can also link the dataset to the paper page (read here) so people can discover your work.

Hi @NielsRogge, thank you for your comments. I have submitted request for hf.co/papers to improve discoverability of the work already. We are also not open-sourcing the dataset used in training so we won't be using the Hugging Face datasets, but thank you for leaving the guide!
