App getting slow and crashed

I m using tis as a apart of our project an i face some issue application getting slow while downloading, please help me i tired all background thread works...bt ther is no use please help mee..

@ivijaykumaar , hi , i had this problem. and i solved it by changing notification update interval time.
please remove your notification updater codes and so test it. look does it work fine ?!
