SyntaxError

My PC is operating in a Windows 11 Home.

I have cloned this Git repository and software, my Ubuntu bash has installed it, but when I try to open the python archive, it shows this error message:

Well, I will try on Termux.

My phone seems now to be incompatible with Termux and didn't notice until now when after the warnings it would stop working, thus, it shows a CANNOT LINK EXECUTABLE... message. My patience is not SOOoo Huge like that... I will wait for a friend's help, or will have to buy a new phone.
