Words with hyphens and phrases

Entered this little example into the reading tab:

Comment appelle-t-on une 
chauve-souris avec une 
perruque ?

Une souris.

This shows a number of problems..

• the words with hyphens were separated in the reading tab so it was not easy to add a definition for them.
• a particularly interesting problem arose with "Comment appelle-t-on" which I wanted to enter as a phrase. I entered it into the definition verbatim but in the reading tab suddenly it is recognized that it is known but still underscored in red as unknown and it offers me to add a definition even though there is already one.

I've just pushed a fix for the second problem that will be available in the next release. Phrases and compound words are case sensitive in the current release.
